Important Tissue Culture Acclimation Instructions (READ CAREFULLY)
Tissue culture plants require proper acclimation to survive and thrive:
• Must be removed from agar immediately upon arrival
• Rinse roots thoroughly to remove all gel/agar residue
• Do NOT plant directly into soil on arrival
• Begin in high humidity (60–90%) environment (humidity dome recommended)
• Keep in bright, indirect light only
• Maintain warm temperatures (70–80°F ideal)
• Transition slowly over 2–4 weeks before moving to soil
• Use airy, sterile medium (sphagnum moss or perlite mix recommended initially)
• Gradually harden off by slowly reducing humidity over timeFailure to properly acclimate tissue culture plants will result in decline and is not covered under warranty.
