Important Tissue Culture Acclimation Instructions (READ CAREFULLY)
Tissue culture plants require proper acclimation to survive and thrive:
• Must be removed from agar immediately upon arrival
• Rinse roots thoroughly to remove all gel/agar residue
• Do NOT plant directly into soil on arrival
• Begin in high humidity (60–90%) environment (humidity dome recommended)
• Keep in bright, indirect light only
• Maintain warm temperatures (70–80°F ideal)
• Transition slowly over 2–4 weeks before moving to soil
• Use airy, sterile medium (sphagnum moss or perlite mix recommended initially)
• Gradually harden off by slowly reducing humidity over time
Failure to properly acclimate tissue culture plants will result in decline and is not covered under warranty.

If your plant arrives dead on arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Approved DOA claims are eligible for replacement (if available) or store credit only. No returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
