Important Tissue Culture Acclimation Instructions (READ CAREFULLY)
Proper acclimation is required for survival:
• Remove plant from agar immediately upon arrival
• Thoroughly wash all gel/agar from roots and plant base
• Do NOT plant directly into soil on arrival
• Place in high humidity (70–90%) environment immediately
• Use a humidity dome or enclosed propagation setup
• Provide bright, indirect light only (no direct sun during acclimation)
• Maintain warm temperatures (75–85°F ideal)
• Start in sphagnum moss, perlite, or airy propagation medium
• Keep medium lightly moist but well aerated
• Gradually reduce humidity over 2–4 weeks as new growth strengthens
